I am 19 years old this year and am currently waiting for my application to a university. I have taught two students so far, a primary 3 student and a primary 4 student. I taught both of them for the subjects, maths and science. I am a very patient and dedicated person and thus, I am confident of being able to teach my tutee until they fully understand a certain concept. I do not believe in spoon-feeding information to my tutees. However, I would prompt them questions to help them understand certain concepts by themselves through practice.
Both my students have improved tremendously for their mathematics and science. One of them improved from a C in maths to an A in her final year examinations.
I used to score 90 and above marks for all my subjects when i was in lower primary (pri 1 - 3). I scored 252 for my PSLE.
