"Do it with passion"

I have been giving tuition since my JC days, in 2007. I tutored mostly secondary students when I first started out giving tuition. During my holidays I volunteered and also worked for a couple of Child and Student Care Centres, which brought my attention to the learning of younger students. I believe the way a child learns matters and many times affects his/ her grades and interest in learning later on in life. In Child and Student Care Centres, your child may not receive much individual attention, and thus specific needs may not be met. From my experiences at the centers I have learnt how to manage and observe the needs of younger children, and realized that one requires to be very patient and meticulous to be able to handle a different child differently. Instead of using just one approach, children require one to be able to be on their feet, able to react quickly to the changes in a child's mood. I have since predominant taught primary students. I do have Secondary students whom I have taught since they were in primary school.
