"To instill desirable study interest in kids"
Currently, i have good knowledge of primary 2 and secondary 2's syllabus. I believe in building a good foundation in maths and science. Thus parents would see me doing similar questions with the tutee until he/she understands the basics. I do not feel that having large numbers of exercises/assessment books would do good to the kid if the basic is not there. As far as i'm concered, all of my tutees have achieved at least improvements by one grade or more.
