"Always Improving!"
I am a student currently sitting for my International Baccalaureate (IB) exams in Anglo-Chinese School (Independent). Having scored well for my O Levels and in JC, I am confident in teaching others to reach their potential. Although I am young, I am not inexperienced. Having been tutoring students for two years, I feel that I am more familiar with the general syllabus' demands for both secondary school and primary school students, and am able to help any child improve their grades. In addition, I am currently taking my piano diploma and have a Grade 8 certificate. I also did Music for O Levels and obtained an A1 with a Merit for Higher Music. I have also been teaching beginners piano for 2 years - one of my students has also gone for her Grade 3 Piano ABRSM exam and passed with flying colours, and another recently went for her ABRSM Grade 3 Theory exam and obtained a Merit! Thus I feel that I am well equipped to help your child in any way possible, be it in his/her studies or in grasping the basics of playing the piano and understanding music.
I have a Primary 3 student that jumped from a mid Band 2 in Mathematics to a high Band 1 in her recent end of year examinations. I also have a Secondary 3 student that improved from an F9 to a B4 for E Maths, A Maths and Chemistry in her end of year examinations. In addition, I have a piano student that obtained a Merit in her recent ABRSM Grade 3 Theory Examinations. I also have another piano student that obtained a Merit for her recent ABRSM Grade 3 Piano Practical Examinations.
I obtained straight As for O Levels, and am predicted good grades for IB.
