My most valuable teaching experience came from my tenure at Pathlight School, where I was hired as a teaching aide for a period of 6 months. I was tasked to assist in lessons, aiding students who were behind or had difficulties solving problems. These were students ranging from 5 to 12 years old. During my time at the school, I had to be very patient and innovative with my methods of teaching. I also learnt a lot from the permanent teachers there - phonics was one of them. While I may not have specific and relevant experience in terms of private tuition, I have the patience and responsibility. Most importantly, I have the genuine passion to educate and help young minds.
