As a teacher, I equipped myself with the latest teaching pedagogies. Be it Collaborative Learning, Multi-intelligence, 6 thinking hats, mind-mapping skills, I tried all methods to teach my pupils(of different level) to derive to the best method. But of course, there are no best method to teach a child. We first have to apply the methods that we have on different child. Every child's learning methods and learning ability are different. We have to infuse differentiated teaching and learning. I started to give tuitions since my Poly days. I understand the syllabus well and know what are the frequent questions and problems that pupils will face. I have taught primary school pupils from P1-P6, I know each level's curriculum well. Being bilingual, I can teach pupils that are non-chinese as well. My first school was Nan Chiau Primary School and my current school is Park View primary school. Currently pursuing my BA in Chinese Language in Education (part-time).
