I have taken part in numerous science olympiads, including International Medicine Olympiad (IMDO) and am very well versed in my content knowledge. I have tutored numerous students, and have worked at Nanyang Educational Consultancy. I am also currently working at mind stretcher as a part-time tutor. I also possess a certificate in “deep learning through transformative pedagogy” by university of Queensland (UQ). I am able currently teaching P5-6 science, S1, S3-S4 science, and J1 chemistry to an RJC student. My lessons are fun and engaging. I also do up a lesson plan and constantly update and communicate with parents, and I can make my own lesson notes and can provide homework weekly if needed. I am enthusiastic, fun, and caring. I believe that every student deserves the best and someone should believe in them. I love inspiring them to be someone better than they could possibly have ever achieved by themselves.
My students improve really quickly, with most improving 1-2 grades within the first month, and typically get an A by the end of the year. For example, my current secondary school students got A1 in physics and biology within a month, and my P5 students got AL1 for SA1 within 2 months.
Silver for International Medicine Olympiad (2020)
Gold for British Biology Olympiad (2019-2020)
Gold for UK Biology Challenge (2017-2019)
