Clement has been a part-time tutor for the past 3 years. His lessons are aimed at building confidence and independence. His students are guided to learn to study effectively and efficiently. They learn to spot their difficulties and find ways to solve them. His students have shown a growth in motivation to make changes to their habits. This change in attitude will increase their academics holistically rather than just within the subjects that he tutors. Clement's students have surpassed their own expectations in exams. One of his students has moved from the NT stream to the NA stream under his guidance. He has moved from a C6 in chemistry to A2 in prelims 2020. This student achieved a distinction for Sciences in his 2020 N Levels and is proceeding with O Levels under his tutelage. Clement is currently tutoring 2 students in sciences and math. Clement has achieved stellar results in his Sciences, with A1 in Chemistry in O Levels and A for A Levels. He also achieved A+ for his first-year studies in Chemistry in NTU.
