"Empowering students to excel"
I enjoy coaching and find great satisfaction in seeing my tutee improve and grow more confident in learning. I don’t believe in a one-size fit all teaching method for every tutee. Instead, I would normally try to identify the strength, weakness and hobbies of my tutees and try to develop teaching methods to help them to improve. I hope to work together with the parents to create a conducive environment for the child to learn and find his motivation to get better.
I have had experience teaching English (Lower and upper Primary), Chinese (Lower Secondary) and Maths (Upper Primary) for a period of 2.5 years. At a tutor, my tutee (Chinese) showed improvement from C6 to B4 within a year. For maths, I helped my tutee to improve his grade from around 60 to 75.
