"Making learning less of a chore"

I am an engineering student from NUS who has completed my degree and will be graduating in July. I was previously from Singapore Chinese Girls' School and Anderson Junior College. In the last 2 years of part time tutoring, I have taught 8 primary school students; 7 of which are upper primary and 4 of these 7 were being prepared for PSLE (Math) in the 2 years. Apart from that, I have offered and taught different combinations of English, Maths and Science to all my primary school students.  I am teaching 5 other students this year. I note the learning style of my students and create learning materials according to their individual needs. This makes lessons and learning more value-adding for the student.
