Patient, approachable tutor. For weaker students, I believe in clarifying doubts and strengthening his/her foundation and then building up to more tricky questions, followed by exam questions. For moderate students, I will build up their confidence by doing more exam type questions. For strong students, I will make them do questions under exam style - so that they are able to work under pressure. Regardless of which type of student you are, I believe with consistent and regular effort,you can definitely improve and secure the grade you want. I also make a thorough plan during the first lesson so we are able to finish the syllabus in good time.
