"I teach with my heart "
I’m a believer of studying smart instead of studying hard. I feel that truly understanding the subject is better than plain memorizing and just regurgitating everything out during exams. Learning should be made memorable and satisfying instead of a dreading chore or obligation. I don’t exactly have the best academic record because I was so lazy as a teen but I definitely can understand your kids and what they truly need as I have been there, and done that.
I have taught accounting for Olevels, international school syllabus and accounting for diploma students. My latest student, who had to remodule accounting in poly because he failed very badly, had gotten A for his exams just in 2 months of tuition. He once hated accounting, but not anymore. There are no bad students, only bad teachers. I believe everything can be learned.
