"Challenging your kids' limit"

I consider myself as someone who is spontaneous, adaptable and dedicated. When I put my heart into something, I make sure it is 100% successful. My teaching style will comprise of "ask and learn" whereby I will encourage my tutee to ask whatever questions or doubts he/she needs to clarify. For the first half session, I will be going through my tutee's teaching material from school and homework to make sure he/she clarified all doubts. In the meantime, I will be asking questions to test his/her understanding, For the second half session, I will be supplying my own assessments or using my tutee assessment books to teach and engage. I will take this time to go through answer keys with detailed elaboration whenever needed. Prior to my tutee examination, I will be giving him a mini "test" to see where is his/her standard and share my comments with the tutee's parents.
