"Practice makes perfect"
I am a fresh graduate from university waiting for job offers. I have given tuition for 6 months before I entered university. Therefore, I know how to handle slow learners and also identify students' capability and push them accordingly. My teaching method is through their textbooks, assessment books and test papers. I believe in a lot of practice so a lot of work will be given during lesson. Homework will also be given and strongly encourage my students to do them so i can know where they fair without any coaching. However, the quantity of homework will be discussed with the students. With my coaching student's results can be seen to improve.
The two students that i taught for 6 months both made to secondary school. One with an aggregate of 200 plus into Express. And the other student after repeating his PSLE, managed to push into normal technical. He was failing his mathematics but manage to pass with a C grade in PSLE.
I graduated from Polytechnic with a Diploma in Mechatronic Engineering in the year 2014. I just graduated from Singapore Institute of Technology with a Bachelor Degree with 2nd class honours in Mechanical Design and Manufacturing engineering.
