"The best decision you will ever make"
I do understand that you as parents have lots of frustrations and anxieties looking for the right tutor for your child. My approach to tutoring would be to initially understand what your child is weak in, whether it is in the area of understanding, memorizing, being organized, even emotional or psychological. From there, I would structure a personalized approach such that your child would maximize the time spent in not just learning the subject, but having fun at it and developing a passion and enthusiasm for learning. Getting the grades would then come easily.
