"Bringing the best out of your kids."
I usually take the effort to understand the student better and teach them according to their learning style. Not only that, I choose not to teach mainly via traditional methods and go for more online methods like showing videos or related subject games. I encourage critical thinking rather than blindly providing answers. I teach students study and research skills.
