"Understanding is the key to success "

I believe in having students really understanding their work, rather than simply memorizing. I will personally set several questions of varying difficulty for my student to ensure he/she fully comprehends the entire topic. I will also try my best to understand and cater to my student's style of learning, as such whether he/she is a better visual or audio learner. For example, I will encourage the use of mind maps if I find that the student is a better visual learner. Teaching experience: 1) Currently giving home tuition, teaching English and Maths to a Primary 5 student, been teaching her since she was Primary 3. 2) Worked as a Student Care teacher during my holidays in Feb-July 2015, Dec 2015 and June-Aug 2016, I have coached many students ranging from Primary 1 to 5 in their studies for all Primary school subjects. 3) Volunteering weekly, every Friday, to mentor and provide Primary school tuition at a centre catering for underprivileged students
