I have 5 years of experience teaching O level Chemistry since 2011, helping all 10 of my students improve at least 5 grades in their final Chemistry exams. Lessons are never boring with me - my students have told me that I'm funny, and that I make Chemistry interesting all over again when I explain concepts using simple everyday life examples. I don't spoonfeed answers; I get students to think about the why and how of every question and guide them towards the answer, so that they feel like they solved the question themselves. That way, their confidence will grow and they will know how to think independently and solve problems in the exam hall – where I can no longer be with them. I have a solid Chemistry foundation, having taken University level Chemistry modules in my undergraduate career in NUS.
