"Work Hard, Play Hard."
While my O levels results were not fantastic, over the years I did managed to improve myself and my linguistic skills. Before enrolling for my diploma I had to complete a foundation studies course where I was presented with the top student award for both English for academic purposes and critical thinking skills. My experience in national service as a front line police officer taught to be a patient person and to be a good listener. Such qualities and skills are vital when teaching kids, especially the younger ones who tend to be mischievous.
I can't boast about having a massive list of students that I've previously taught. However, I did teach a secondary 3 girl history and helped her improve a D7 to a B4 in her final exams for Secondary 3. In Secondary 4 we carried on the tuition sessions and she eventually attained an A2.
