I have 8 years of experience in private tuition as well as in tuition centers. I have taught students who come from a wide range of academic backgrounds. I am a very patient tutor who believes in making learning an interesting journey for my students. I tailor every tuition session to each student's needs to maximise time as well as efficacy of the session so as to allow more room for improvement of the student. I have taught students from prestigious schools like CHIJ St Nicholas, Nanyang Girls, Chung Cheng (Main), Cedar Girl's , Saint Anthony’s Canossian and many more. I guarantee my students will get distinction (A) in the subjects I teach.
Proven track record: [CHIJ St Nicholas] Sec 4 girl was getting C6 consistently for A maths and E maths. I taught her for 1 year and she got A1 for both A maths and E maths for O levels. [Chung Cheng Main] Sec 2 girl improved from E8 to A1 for Maths and C6 to A1 for Science in year end exam and got into a Triple Pure Science class in Sec 3. I continued to teach her until O levels and she got A1 for A maths, E maths and Physics. [East Spring Secondary] I taught a Sec 1 girl for 4 years, until she graduated at Sec 4. She did not do well for PSLE so she entered a neighbourhood school but for the 4 years I taught her, she managed to clinch the EAGLES Award every single year which is given to the top 5% of the cohort of secondary schools. At O levels, she did exceptionally well, with 7 A1s, of which I taught English, A maths, E maths and Physics. She is currently studying in Temasek Junior College. [Saint Anthony's Canossian] Sec 3 girl who was getting F9 for both A maths and E maths got A1 for both A maths and E maths at O levels after I taught her for 1 year. She is now studying in National Junior College and still receiving Maths tuition from me.
I graduated with Second Class Honours in Mathematics and Economics from University of London. I have straight As in Mathematics in PSLE, O levels, A levels and Bachelor's degree.
