"Bring the Best out of them! "

I am a person who is patience towards kids however, i will have my own style of teaching and coaching for those kids who are naughty and not being attentive during lesson time. I've taught several kids varies from primary school to secondary school as my cousins and brothers will tend to ask me for help in coaching them. Usually for me.. I'll be conducting my lesson in this manner: - Testing out on the strength and weaknesses of the particular subject being assigned - Find out on their likes & Dislikes (Based on topics and sections) - Focus on the subjects that they are weak at. (Gain understandings and confident in that) - Think of ways to let have a better understanding and remember it effectively (Using shortcuts, models etc) - In terms of english vocabulary, using application of real life situation in building up their language - Sometimes, I'll be doing some additional useful notes for them as well - Doing Revision on school work & what have been taught in school (Refresh their memory) Lastly, as different student have different kinds of personality and characteristic. Hence, i will use different kinds of methods in engaging with them. I will do my utmost best in helping them in their work and personally for me, i feel that the best condition in studying is to make them feel comfortable in working together with in and can even regards me as their friend. This will allow me to know more about them and also, they will not be afraid of asking me questions in regards to their school work. Bring the Best out of them is what I would like to achieve in every student that I will be teaching.. :))
