"Life is Short, Live to the Fullest!"
I have been teaching Maths for 5 years, ranging from P1 to Sec 5. Different students have different approaches towards learning. My strategy is to understand the students first and then find a suitable approach for each of them. Maths can be a challenging subject, as one not only has to understand the concept and be able to apply, one also has to understand their weaknesses to combat their carelessness. I strive to motivate them to bring out their optimal capabilities and achieve their As.
-- 7 Express students achieved A1s and A2s in A/E Maths in O'level (started with fails/marginal passes) -- 1 Express student achieved B3 for A Maths in O'level (improved from E8 in prelim in 6 weeks) -- 1 NA student scored A1 for Emaths and A2 for A Maths in N Level, ranked second in school -- 3 NA students scored B3s in Express Maths from fails when started off -- 1 Express student scored B3 in Amaths from fails when started off.
