Hi, I am Jim. I have done peer-tutoring for juniors for several years in primary and secondary school. Recently, I have also been keeping updated about the syllabus as I help my younger cousins with their school work regularly. I am an approachable, patient and dedicated person who is willing to give my best for the students. I hope to get to know my students better, and hence provide more personal and helpful feedback to them. Also I will alter my teaching methods and pace to suit the students' needs, hoping to bring out the best in every student. Having been through vigorous and competitive schools, I understand what most students are going through. With my personal experience, I hope to better guide and motivate students.
