"Realising a kid's full potential"
It is my firm belief that a student's success is a result of how committed a teacher is in guiding them. Communication is the key in allowing students to absorb what is being taught. I try to make my lessons intriguing and as fun as possible. Although I may not have any experience, I believe that my passion will be able to overcome that flaw.
During my school days, I helped my peers in their subjects such as English and Maths. Under my guidance, 2 of them improved their maths from C5 to A2. In addition, a primary 6 student of mine, improved her maths grade from a C to an A in her 2013 PSLE.
In Year 2012, I represented the school, TKG Comic Circle, to hold a booth at the J-Craze Manga Weekend. It was a major event held by CapitaMall at Bugis+. My main aim was to host an original card game tournament known as the ARENA. Overall, we did an excellent job, capturing the attention of the public to our booth. As a result, CapitaMall was impressed with our success and granted us an opportunity to hold another booth at Funan DigitaMall in the following year.
