"Do not mug. Think!"
My teaching style is the same as my studying style. I generally do not encourage students to blindly practice over and over again but I stress more on the understanding of basic and essential concepts. Therefore, I will make more explanations until students understand and apply these concepts. And this will be much more effective in learning and save much time at the same time.
With my guide, a girl that I have given tuition to in China saw a big improvement in the opening exams when her school started after the vacation. Another Singaporean students also shows improvement in her Chinese tests.
