"Making your children be the best goal achievers"

Currently I have no teaching experience as a tutor in Singapore since I just came back after my long holiday. However, I have about 8-month experience as a tutor in an English centre in my home country. I taught 2 classes. One class had 14 primary students. My teaching subject is Math, English and Vietnamese. The other class had 3 high school students who studied English in preparation for their study oversea. Through the experience that I have gained, I noticed one thing that makes my students learn better. It is their focus. I taught them how to aim their target and aim for it. Then I found out that the students were more clear of what they want, what they need to do and somehow they had a better attitude each time coming to class. Even though practice may play an important role, but a student cannot achieve good result if he or she practice day after day but do not know what they are aiming for.
