"Friendly and dedicated"
My main job responsibility is to assist students academically in whichever subject(s) the students are seeking improvement. This may be difficult at first because not everyone learns the same way, but I am friendly so i will be able to get to know the students better to better assist them. I always try to motivate my students and provide them with confidence. Students need to have positive attitudes to feel successful and get work done, so if you only provide them with negative feedback, they may not have a good tutoring experience.
