"Put your best effort, rest will be fine"
As a teacher it is very important for me to be a good communicator. I don't believe in just sitting in front of my student and lecturing him/her but i try to establish a dialogue and to find the best set of activity or assignment in which the child is involved and interested.Discussions and building conversations are the things which make the process of teaching more interesting and challenging so that all students feel interested and participate actively. I like students who study well, but I pay special attention to those who don't; as they are my special targets and challenge.
I have taught students in India and have a proven improvement in their score by 20-30% making a solid foundation for them for their future study patterns as well.
