Graduated with a Bachelor's Degree of Science ( Computer Science & Information System ) in National University of Singapore. I was previously from The Chinese High School and Hwa Chong Junior College. I have more than 25 years of tuition experience including giving tuition to all my nieces and nephews. My favourite subjects and strengths are in Mathematics and Chinese. For Mathematics, I have straight As all the way from primary school, secondary school, Junior College including Mathematics modules in University. For Chinese, I also have straight As all the way from primary school and secondary school and I took Chinese as a First Language. I am highly dedicated, patient, friendly, responsive and reliable tutor with extensive experience in tutoring. I am very enthusiastic and passionate about Mathematics since young and most importantly I love the younger generation, have a heart for children and wish to see them succeed in life too.
I have been tutoring and helping students achieve their goals in Maths and Chinese for the past 25 years. I've had students who improved significantly after coming under my wings. Many students have scored A's and B's. Of course, all students also have to work very hard to achieve their goals. I believe that with the right guidance and motivation, every student is capable of doing well. I have been coaching Primary, Secondary and JC level so I am familiar with the latest MOE Curriculum. For the past few years, I primarily focused on Secondary and JC level students. Most of my students follow me until they graduate. For Maths, Most recent testimony is my 2 brothers sibling students since 2019. 1 whom was a PSLE student in 2019, his grade from initial failure ( E ) to grade B ( PSLE Results ) just after 2 months of tuition with me. His Sec 1 brother whose Grade improved from C to A. They have both continued their lesson with me until they graduated in year in 2023 & 2024 respectively. In addition, I am also teaching a Anglican High Olympiad Sec 1 student in 2021 and he is in Sec 3 now. Recent Testimony from 1 of my student’s parent. Claris has learnt and gained a lot from Mr Ranen Lee since she was tutored at Primary 5. Her Maths has improved tremendously and she has more confident now.
