"You can achieve if you believe"
I graduated from Maris Stella High School and Temasek Junior college and am waiting for my university term in NTU to commence. I enjoy learning new things and love to impart knowledge. I am easy going, but stubborn at times especially when it concerns values and principals. Why did i choose to be a tutor? Simply because i enjoy teaching and i am looking for a part time job. Even in secondary school and junior college, i have started to teach my peers who were having difficulty in their subjects. I am strong in the sciences and i specialize in math.
In this modern society, it seems that everyone are rushing to get a tutor for themselves or their kids. Tutors are aplenty, but who is the right one.
I believe that i can be the right one. In my opinion, learning should not be boring and dreadful, and i can make it less dreadful. My method of teaching is by steps and levels. If need be, i will go all the way to the basics just to get the fundamentals right.. In that way, there is no need to dread learning. Learning becomes easy and in some cases, exciting. There are many capable and committed tutors around, but on top of that, being a suitable one is necessary. One that is able to adapt to the student's habit and learning styles. I studied H3 math in JC, what university undergraduates do if they major in math, and i got a merit grade for it .
I got AAAB for my core 4 subjects in A levels, namely H2 Math, H2 physics, H2 chemistry, and H2 economics respectively.
For O levels, i scored A1 for everything except english.
