I am a person who believe that every students have his/her own talent and that they can be developed to their fullest potential. Every students derserve a chance to do well. I will try my very best to help each of my student. Relief teaching taught me interpersonal skills of how to handle and understand the students. It gave me the chance to experience teaching environment which is dynamic and challenging. Relief teaching also made me realize that education is not about just giving good grades, but about changing life. Through interacting with my students in term of helping out in classes and Co-curricular Activities, it dawned on me that each student is a unique situation and each has their own talents and abilities. It is the teachers and allied educator job to bring out the best in them, not just academically. It also made me realize that there is no weak student; everyone can develop to their fullest potential. I want to be the one who helps the students to develop to their fullest potential.
